Greetings to all, and a very heartfelt gratitude for those
who have supported this mission, being a member of the team, or for the prayers
and financial support.
In 2 days, the 2013 team will be given the opportunity to
embark to Malawi.
It is impossible to explain the anticipation and anxiety that is bottled up; it
will be released when we get to Malawi.
Why?
For me, as this will be my 4th trip, it is to see
the progress that has been made in the last 12 months. The Tailoring
School has increased enrollment
from 11 to 16, with a new building for the school. The farm has produced its 2nd
crop, with a new Solar Panel Pump, and holding tank added to the present pump.
A new Church has been built on the Farm. When we were on the Farm last year,
Bible Study was ½ day. It has been requested to expand that to 2 days this
year.
An e-mail was received last month that stated that since the
Bore Hole was installed last year at Wilson
Village, it allows the women
and girls to have time to attend classes, instead of using all their time
getting safe water.
Several verses from Matthew 25 come to mind.
Matthew 25, 29-30 “To those who use well what is given, even
more will be given, and they will have abundance. But from those who do
nothing, even what little they have will be taken away”
Matthew 25-40-41 “Then the King will say “I tell you the
truth, when you did it to one of the least my brothers and sisters, you were
doing it for me.”
I have been very blessed to be part of this ministry, and of
the 2013 team. Our Malawian brothers and sisters have shown us how to celebrate
our faith, while we give little.
God Bless
Len Pallas
